The boxing curriculum was developed to ensure propper technical and fitness progression in students and to ensures that all students develop a sound foundation in the art. The curriculum also ensures that every class is well organized and planned out.
At Lanna MMA we are committed to maintaining a clean, welcoming and family-friendly environment for all of our members. The facility is cleaned and sanitized twice daily. The gym is a community and all students support, encourage, and motivate each other to accomplish their goals.
