Welcome to Lanna MMA, where everyone can come together and learn the sweat science of boxing.

Lanna MMA’s curriculum aims to create and cultivate your boxing skills with the help of boxing master, Coach Richard Atkinson and Coach William Grant.

Our Boxing classes are a great place to introduce you to your basic self-defense system. Here you will learn the fundamentals of hand striking. Classes are technique based, and focus on foot work, full body strength, speed and conditioning which will be enjoyed through the pad work, bag work and drills.

Once you have signed up you will have access to our facility which includes state of the arts mats, a weight room, lockers for storage, kettlebells, a full sized boxing ring, bathrooms and showers and all the necessary martial arts equipment.
