Lanna Muay Thai Kickboxing Program is based on a graduating system, developed by Lanna’s owner and head instructor Kru Mel Bellissimo. Being one of the prominent instructors of Muay Thai Kickboxing in North America, Kru Mel has lived, trained and taught in Thailand, and even fought professionally in Thailand.

Muay Thai Kickboxing originated in Thailand centuries ago, and has since been perfected into a martial art that is extremely prevalent at major competitions, such as the UFC.
It focuses on striking with nearly every part of your body. With explosive energy required for nearly every strike, Muay Thai Kickboxing quickly puts even the most relaxed body into peak physical condition.
